With over a decade of experience at the intersection of market research, brand strategy and creative ideas, Shannon develops research for brands and advertising agencies that brings new and deeper understanding to key decisions, from initial brand positioning to final creative execution...and points in between.

Prior to establishing her own research practice, Shannon led the consumer and brand research practice at GSD&M advertising in Austin, TX. While there, she partnered closely with strategists, creatives, and brand marketing clients to deliver actionable qualitative and quantitative research for a wide range of brands- from White Castle to Southwest Airlines to Ross Dress for Less and many more. Her colleagues and clients credit her with being a thorough, detail-oriented researcher who is as comfortable and skilled at moderating a face-to-face 1:1 interview as she is constructing a survey that thousands of people will engage with around the country.
